The order

The UK Government required bespoke investigator training for embassy staff in the Endo-Pacific region.
The aim was to equip staff with the necessary skills and knowledge to effectively conduct internal investigations and deal with discrimination cases appropriately.

The challenge

The challenge was to develop a training course that took into account the cultural and legal differences of the Endo-Pacific region and at the same time met the high standards of the UK government in relation to investigations and discrimination cases.
The challenge was also that a 40-hour mediation training course took place alongside the investigator training.
The two groups were brought together in one module each to develop a deeper understanding of the processes.
The training took place on site in Bangkok and was led by three international consensus experts.
