Who benefits from funding for further training?

The requirements vary depending on the program, but in general the financial support is aimed at people who want to expand their professional skills. In addition to Germany-wide initiatives, there are also local funding programs that require, for example, residency in a region.

AZAV-certified for educational leave

In some federal states, we are a recognized training provider for educational leave with the possibility of cost coverage by the employer.

As a solo self-employed person in Germany, you can benefit from the ESF Plus-funded KOMPASS program with up to 4500€.

ESF-Funding for Baden-Württemberg

The ESF funding is aimed at people residing or working in Baden-Württemberg. Participants receive a 30 or 70% discount.
