To best prepare the trainers for their role, we organized a comprehensive onboarding program. The aim of this program was to convey our approach, the didactics and the content of the internationally and academically certified mediation curriculum. This close collaboration was crucial to the successful implementation of the curriculum. A structured feedback process was carried out after completion of the training.
