Case/Account Manager:in at Consensus Solutions
Your role
We are looking for a dedicated Case/Account Manager (m/f/d) to join our team on a full-time basis.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and be able to lead complex customer projects from proposal preparation to successful completion.
The position is to be filled as of June 1.
Areas of responsibility
- Independent support and handling of customer projects in the areas of conflict management, organizational development and in-house training.
- Building and maintaining long-term customer relationships.
- Coordination and communication between clients and internal trainers/consultants.
- Monitoring the progress of the project, identifying potential problems and proactively finding solutions.
- Responsibility for preparing quotations and concluding contracts.
- Working with digital tools such as CRM systems and platforms for project management and customer administration.
Requirements
- Completed studies in a relevant field.
- First professional experience in a comparable position.
- Excellent communication skills in German (native speaker) and English (business fluent).
- Ability to structure complex projects and maintain an overview.
- A high level of expertise in using digital platforms for project management and customer administration is an advantage.
